Right to Privacy

In Mathew Callan's article "Companies Use Spyware to Steal personal Data" it shows that when we sometimes download freeware from the internet it also downloads spyware. This spyware can record our preferred software and browsing habits. Different companies are now stealing that data and obtaining personal information. This is also the reason for all the pop-ups that we get when browsing the web.

This is yet another violation of our privacy that no one seems to be doing anything about. There is obvioulsy not enough action taking place when companies decide to steal our information. The government is also guilty of trying to take away our privacy. There need to be more laws against companies stealing information. This isn't the only injustice taking place in America today. Some hospitals are even selling our personal information when we don't pay our debt on time. It's time to take action and it starts with us.
